FBS LIMITED RESERVES THE RIGHTS FOR FINAL EXPLANATION IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTES.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that we shipped to you, unworn, unused, un damaged and with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues with purchase
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of product received date. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, let us know, so that we can evaluate the issue to find a resolve. Best way to contact us is to e-mail us on sam@favedbysamanthi.com We will get back to you within 48 hours upon receiving your communication.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns & Exchanges
After 7 days of receipt of goods, we do not accept any returns or exchanges if the items are used, worn, damaged or not in the original packaging & tags as we had sent you. For a return to be accepted, kindly communicate with us for alignment of acceptance of return, prior to sending the goods back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request and returned goods and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sam@favedbysamanthi.com to ensure that you receive the payment that has been sent.
