Please allow 3-5 business days, when ordering our products online. Please note that for out of stock and custom orders, it may take 4-8 weeks. We will update with delivery time notifications as soon as the order is received.

We will email the tracking number as soon as the products ordered are handed over to a reputed courier
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee & delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Exchanges & Returns
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Returns Policy: All non-personalised jewellery purchased will be subject to our standard 7 day return policy and 14 day return policy for orders in the EU.
Non-refundable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged items, sale items, gift cards and customised jewellery.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM/SIZE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If items are customised to your specifications, returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product. We take great care to make products to your liking.
If there are any concerns with your product received, kindly get in touch with us for a possible solution. E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your name, order number and exchange request. We will reply to you with confirmation if your exchange is possible.
WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?
Our gems are hand cut in Sri Lanka.
Our jewellery is made in Hong Kong and China.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU MAKE YOUR ITEMS WITH?
Gemstones are all either semi-precious or precious gems. Our frames and chains are all 18K Gold or Silver, which is usually specified in the product page of each item.
IS YOUR JEWELLERY NICKEL FREE?
Yes, our jewellery is totally nickel free.
